APPLE BREAD
1 Loaf
Ingredients:
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups Chopped Apples
1 Cup Soymilk or Water
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Carob Syrup
3 tsp. Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan.
Cream syrup and margarine in bowl.
Add vanilla and soymilk.
Mix dry ingredients separately. Add apples.
Combine everything and mix well.
Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
