APPLESAUCE PIE

Ingredients:

1 Baked Whole Wheat Pie Shell
1 Cup Thick Applesauce, unsweetened
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Carob Syrup or Rice Syrup
Soy Whipped Cream


Directions:

Prepare Pie Shell.
Combine the applesauce, lemon juice, flour and carob
syrup in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until
mixture thickens.
Pour into pie shell and serve with
Soy Whipped Cream.
