INSTANT APPLE SAUCE                  
                            Serves 4


4 Large Apples, Unpeeled
½ Cup Water
Dash Barley Malt Sweetener
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 oz. Raisins


Wash, core, and chop the apples.
Put in blender with Water, Barley Malt Sweetener
and Cinnamon.
Puree to desired consistency.
Mix in the Raisins.
*NOTE:  You can steam the Apples on the stove, and
then use a hand-held blender/mixer, then add rest of
