ARTICHOKES

Ingredients:

Artichokes
Granulated Garlic
Onion Powder
Oregano
Parsley
Vegetable Oil or
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Wash and open center leaves on artichokes.
Sprinkle Herbs and oil or
Margarine over the Artichokes.
Place in pot, 1/3 filled with water.
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, or
until a leaf is removed easily.
Remove and serve hot or warm.
Sprinkle a little
Vegan Parmesan Cheese over the top.
