BAKED PEARS

Ingredients:

Pears;  Bosc, Bartlet, or D'Anjou
Pecans, Slightly Toasted
Raisins
Cinnamon  
Soy Ice Cream or Soy Whipped Cream



Directions:

Wash, core, and cut the pears in half, vertically.  
Do not peel the pears.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put 1 inch of water in baking pan.
Place pears in the pan.  Add the toasted pecans, and
the raisins.  Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with either
Soy Ice Cream  
or
Soy Whipped Cream.
