BAKED ZITI

Ingredients:

1 lb. Large 100% Whole Grain Ziti
1 lb. Organically Grown Tofu
1 large Onion
½ Cup Pure Vegetable or Sunflower Oil
1 Small Bunch Parsley
½ Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic
2 Tbsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Basil
Mushroom/Tomato Sauce, or Marinara Sauce.
Grated
Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Chop onion, garlic and parsley.
In large frying pan, sauté garlic and onion in oil until
transparent.
Mash tofu.  Add tofu, parsley, and remaining
ingredients to frying pan.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.  
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cook Ziti for 6 minutes. Drain.
Put layer of tomato sauce in baking pan.
Then a layer of pre-cooked Ziti.  
Spread tofu mixture on top.
Cover with sauce.
Top with grated  
Vegan Parmesan Cheese or  
Shredded Vegan Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.  
Fork test the Ziti.  Should be al dente.
