2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 Bananas, mashed
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
½ Cup Soymilk
¼ cup Soy or Non-Hydrogenated Margarine, melted
¾ Cup Carob Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Oil for Baking Pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Oil a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Beat the syrup and margarine together until smooth.
Blenderize the bananas, vanilla and soymilk.
Combine the two mixtures in a large bowl.
Add the flour and baking powder to the liquids
in the bowl.
Stir in the nuts and mix well.
(Thin with more soymilk, if needed).
Turn into cake pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Frost with icing.
