Serves 4


4 Ripe Bananas
2/3 Cup Raw Nuts, Cashews. Pecans, or Filberts
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
Drop of Pure Vanilla Extract


Blenderize the bananas. No water is necessary.
Add the raw nuts and blend well on high speed.
Then add the almond milk and the vanilla.  
Blend all together.
Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Use ice cream scoop to serve.  
Soy Whipped Cream.
Add 4 tsp. carob powder  to give a chocolate flavor.
Add ½ Cup berries or sliced peaches,
and reduce quantity to 3 bananas.
