2 Large Bananas
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 ½ Cups Soymilk
2 Tbsp. Carob or Rice Syrup
¼ Cup Sunflower Oil, or Any Pure Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
½ Cup Chopped Walnuts, optional
3 Tbsp. Pure Vegetable Oil For Pan
In a large bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix all liquids together.
Soymilk, Syrup and oil.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
Slice the bananas, and gently fold into the batter.
Put 2 Tbsp. oil in pan.
Let it get hot before spooning in the batter.
Flip and brown on both sides.
Serve with Pure Maple Syrup or Soy Ice Cream.
Variation: You can substitute other fruits like sliced
pears, apples blueberries, strawberries, etc.
