BANANA THICK SHAKE

Ingredients:

4 Frozen Over-ripe Bananas
½ Cup Cold Water or Soymilk
1 Tbsp. Carob Syrup or 6 Pitted Dates

Directions:

Slice bananas.  Blenderize all ingredients, adding the
bananas gradually, until smooth.
Variations:  Substitute other frozen fruits for the
bananas, or you can add 2-3 Tbsp. Carob Powder to
give this shake a chocolate flavor.
