3 Cups Carob Syrup
½ Cup Water or Soymilk
½ Cup
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
6 Tbsp. Carob Powder
¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
2 tsp.  Pure Vanilla Extract


Combine the carob syrup, water or soymilk, margarine,
carob powder, & cream of tartar in a saucepan.
Place over low heat, and stir until the mixture
starts to melt.
Bring to a bubbling boil and continue cooking
for one minute.
Carefully remove it from the stove and gently set it
down to cool in a pan of cold water for 20 minutes.
Add the vanilla and beat until the frosting thickens.
Spread on cooled
