Serves 4


3 Cups Soymilk
½ Cup Carob Syrup
¼ Cup Arrowroot
1/3 Cup Carob Powder
¼ Cup
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
1½ tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract


Combine arrowroot and carob powder in a
medium saucepan.
Gradually add the soymilk and syrup, mixing constantly
with an electric beater.
Still beating, bring to a boil on medium flame.
Cover and lower heat.
Continue to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Remove from stove and beat in the margarine
and the vanilla.
Pour into dessert cups and chill
for 1 hour before serving.
This pudding makes an excellent pie filling as well.
