CASHEW BUTTER

Ingredients:

2½ Cups Raw Cashews
¼ Cup Pure Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Put nuts in a blender, 1 Cup at a time, and
a little oil as a starter.
Grind as for meal, and keep adding more nuts
and oil, as needed.
Blenderize until smooth, or leave crunchy.
Store homemade cashew butter in a covered,
glass container in the refrigerator.
