Ingredients:

1 Head Cauliflower
½ Cup
Home Made Sour Cream
or Vegan Sour Cream From Your Supermarket.
1 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
¼ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Parsley
1 tsp. Onion Powder
Sunflower Oil for Frying

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients.
Wash cauliflower and break up into bite-sized pieces.
Roll the flowerets into the sour cream.
Coat with bread crumb mixture.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve with steamed broccoli or spinach.
