½ Iceberg Lettuce
½ Small Red Cabbage
1 Cup Mixed Sprouts
2 Stalks Celery
2 Carrots
1-1/2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
Few Sprigs Parsley
½ Cucumber
1 Green or Red Pepper
½ Cup Garbanzo Beans, cooked
½ Cup Raisins
2 Tbsp. Sunflower Seeds


Wash all ingredients.  Tear greens, chop red cabbage,
and dice celery, carrots, cucumber, and pepper.  
Cut each tomato in half.
Toss everything together in a large bowl.
Garnish with toasted croutons or crumbled
Whole Wheat Crackers.
Serve with either
Italian Dressing or Russian Dressing.
Or other
Dressings & Dips.
