CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
1 Package Seitan, Chicken Style
2 Stalks Celery
Sliced Homemade Bread, your choice
1/4 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise
Finely chop the celery and the carrots.
Mix with the Seitan.
Add the Vegan Mayonnaise, and spice to taste.
Slightly toast sliced bread. Put a little Vegan
Mayonnaise on the bread, then some of the Chicken
Salad, sliced tomato, and the arugala.
Top with another slice of Bread. Enjoy!
