COCONUT ICING
Ingredients:
¾ Cup Shredded Coconut
½ Cup Carob Powder
¼ Cup Non-Hydrogenated Margarine, Melted
½ Cup Carob Syrup
3 Tbsp. Soy Whipped Cream
½ Cup Chopped Nuts, optional
Directions:
Blend carob syrup and margarine together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Great on your favorite Cake.
