Vegan Deli Slices, about 3 slices per sandwich.
3 Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced
Homemade Bread, Sliced
Vegan Sliced Cheese
Russian Dressing, Vegan Mayo, or
Your Favorite Dressing
Slightly toast 8 slices of your favorite
Homemade Bread. Slice the tomatoes.
Dab a little dressing on the toasted bread slices. Place
a few slices of vegan Bologna, Ham, or Turkey and then
a slice of vegan American or Cheddar Cheese.
Top with slices of tomato and a handful of arugala, and
another slice of your favorite bread.
Great with a side of Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, or any of
our other delicious Salads.
