Serves 4-6


1 Head Cabbage
3 Carrots
Small Bunch Parsley to equal ½ Cup
1 Small Onion
2-3 Tbs.
Vegan Mayonnaise


Wash and shred or grate the cabbage and carrots.
Finely chop the parsley and onion.
Add the
Vegan Mayonnaise.  
Toss until cabbage is thoroughly coated.
Note:  Raisins and caraway seeds can also be added to
give a country-style flavor.
