CORN BREAD
                         1 Loaf

Ingredients:

1½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1½ Cups Corn Meal
1 1/3 - 1½ Cups Warm Water
1 Package Dry Yeast with No Preservatives
1 Tbsp. Carob Syrup or Rice Syrup
1 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
½ Cup Raisins, optional
2 Tbsp.
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease loaf pan with the
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine.
Add yeast to water and let dissolve for 5 minutes.  
Add syrup and oil and mix with electric beater.  
Slowly add cornmeal, and then flour.  Mix will until stiff.
Knead for several minutes gradually adding the seeds.
Shape into loaf and place in pan.  Cover with a damp
cloth and let rise in a warm place until double in size.
Bake for 45 minutes until done.
