CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE
2 Cups Mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
1 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Pastry flour
1 ½ Cups Soymilk
Dash Tamari Soy Sauce
Clean and thinly chop mushrooms.
Fry mushrooms in margarine, until soft.
Add flour and stir.
Add soymilk and mix thoroughly.
Add soy sauce and stir until it thickens.
Serve over baked potato or any steamed vegetable like
broccoli, asparagus or cauliflower.
