1 Medium Onion
Few Sprigs Parsley
1/2 cup fresh dill
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Peel cucumbers and slice very thin.
Also slice onion very thin.
Combine the oil and lemon juice together.
Then toss all ingredients together.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with parsley.
You can also substitute Zucchini for the cucumbers in
this recipe. If you do, do not peel the squash.
