Ingredients:

4 Slices 100 % Whole Wheat Bread
¼ Cup Coconut Milk, or Soymilk or Fruit Juice
Egg Replacer To Equal 2 Eggs
Tbsp. Pure Vegetable Oil,
or
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine  for the pan
Sprinkle Of Cinnamon

Directions:

Blenderize the coconut milk and the egg replacer.
Dip the bread into the liquid and coat both sides.
Place in an oiled frying pan.  
Flip and brown on both sides.
Sprinkle cinnamon on the top of each slice.
Serve with a pure sweet syrup, or
Mixed Fruit Sauce.
