No Bake

Ingredients: ***All Dried Fruit Should Be Unsulfured)***

½ Cup Chopped Dates
½ Cup sliced Figs
½ Cup Chopped, Dried Apricots, or Peaches
½ Cup Raisins, or Currants
½ Cup Sunflower Seeds, Shelled
½ Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
½ Cup Sesame Seeds
½ Cup Shredded Coconut
½ Cup Carob Syrup, or Date Sugar
½ Cup Pure Apple Juice
3 Tbsp. Soymilk, or Water
½ tsp. Nutmeg
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine for
Round Cake Pan or Loaf Pan


Combine everything in a large mixing bowl.
Lightly grease the pan with margarine.  
Or line with waxed paper.
Pour the mixture into the pan.  Decorate the top with
whole almonds and or cashews, optional.
Refrigerate until hard.  At least overnight.
