GRILLED CHEESE & TOMATO SANDWICH
4 Slices Vegan American Cheese
or Vegan Cheddar Cheese
4 Slices Your Favorite Homemade Bread
2 Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
Lightly smear Non-Hydrogenated Margarine on both
sides of sliced bread. Place in frying pan, and lightly
brown on one side, flip bread over, and place cheese
slices on all four slices of bread.
Place tomatoes on two of the slices and cover with the
remaining two cheesy slices of bread.
Flip sandwiches until the cheese is nice and melty.
Serve with any of our delicious Salads.
