JELLED FRUIT SALAD
                            Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 Banana, Sliced
1 Apple, Unpeeled and Sliced
1 Pear, Unpeeled and Sliced
½ Cup Strawberries, or Blueberries
½ Cup Raisins, or Chopped Pitted Dates
1½ Cups Pure Fruit Juice, or Coconut Milk
2 tsp. Agar Agar
1 tsp. Carob Syrup, If desired

Directions:

Heat the juice until it boils.  Reduce the heat and stir in
the Agar Agar, until it dissolves.
Combine the fruits in a large dessert bowl or fancy mold.
Pour the hot liquid over the fruit mixture.
Place in refrigerator to set, about 2 hours.
Any fruit juice or nut milk will jell if it is boiled and
mixed with Agar Agar.  
The formula is 1 tsp. Agar Agar to 1 Cup of liquid.
