KASHA WITH BOW TIES

Ingredients:

1 Cup Buckwheat Groats, Dry
3 tsp. Sunflower Oil
1 tsp. Tamari Soy Sauce
1 Small Onion
1 lb. Flat, Whole Grain Bow Tie Noodles

Directions:

Chop onion and sauté in 2 tsp. of the oil until it
becomes transparent.
Add groats to the saucepan and brown for 5 minutes.
Slowly add 2 Cups of boiling water.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until
all the liquid is absorbed.
Prepare the noodles al dente.
Combine kasha, noodles, 1 tsp. oil and soy sauce to
taste.  Add more oil, if mixture is too dry.
