1 Baked Whole Wheat Pie Shell
½ Cup Soymilk
1 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Date Sugar, or Natural Syrup
Egg Replacer—To Equal 1 Egg
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Grated Lemon Grind


Prepare Baked Pie Shell.
Place all of the ingredients, into a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
until the mixture thickens.   Cool before filling pie shell.
Refrigerate filled pie for at least 60 minutes.
