MACARONI & CHEESE
                          Serves 4

Ingredients:

8 oz. Whole Grain Elbow Macaroni
Package
Vegan Shredded Cheddar Cheese          
½ Cup Soymilk
1 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil, optional
Grated Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil macaroni until al dente.  
Add the oil to water if preferred.
Mix the macaroni and the
vegan cheese in a casserole
dish with the soymilk.
Top with a little
Grated Vegan Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
