MIXED FRUIT PIE
1 Baked Whole Wheat Pie Shell
1 Cup Diced Pineapple, Unsweetened
1 Cup Sliced Strawberries, and other berries
3 Medium Bananas, Sliced
½ Cup Carob Syrup
2-3 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
Soy Whipped Cream or Soy Ice Cream
Prepare Baked Pie Shell.
Soak the strawberries in ¼ Cup of the syrup.
Place the banana slices inside the pie shell.
Pour the sweetened strawberry mixture over
the bananas, and chill.
Heat the pineapple, remaining syrup, and flour in a small
saucepan, over a low flame.
Stir constantly until it thickens. Cool for 20 minutes.
Pour the pineapple mixture over the berries
Serve cold with Soy Whipped Cream or Soy Ice Cream.
