Ingredients: (All Unsulphured)
½ lb. Dehydrated Pineapple Slices, Unsweetened
½ lb. Dried Apples
½ lb. Dried Peaches or Pears, or Apricots, etc.
Juice from ½ lemon or Lime.
Soak the dried fruits in distilled water overnight.
The water level should be about 1 inch above the fruit.
The next day, blenderize the Rehydrated fruits
to desired consistency.
Stir in the citrus juice and refrigerate in
air -tight glass containers.
Use for many dishes like:
Potato Pancakes, Blintzes or Crepes, Pie Fillings,
Peanut Butter Sandwiches, On Crackers, as a Jelly,
With Chopped Nuts and Vegan Whipped Cream
