MIXED NUT BUTTER
2 1/2 Cups of Mixed Nuts,
Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts, Pecans, etc.
1/4 Cup Pure Peanut Oil
Water, as needed
Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Spread assorted nuts
out and roast for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Put roasted nuts in a blender, 1 Cup at a time, and a
little oil as a starter.
Grind as for meal, and keep adding more nuts
and oil, as needed.
Blenderize until smooth, or leave crunchy.
Store homemade peanut butter in a covered glass
container in the refrigerator.
