MUSHROOM SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 lb. Mushrooms
A Drop of Olive Oil to Sauté
2 Tbsp.
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
Few Sprigs Fresh Parsley
Juice from ½ Lemon

Directions:

Clean and thinly slice mushrooms.
Melt the margarine in large skillet.  
Add the oil, and mushrooms.
Sauté for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and add to pan.
Stir in lemon juice, and cook for another minute.
Serve with any style pasta, barley or rice.
