NOODLE PUDDING - KUGEL
1 lb. Whole Grain Noodles
Any Flat Pasta like Fettuccine will work fine.
1 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
1 Cup Soymilk
2/3 Cup Walnuts or Pecans, optional
1 Cup Raisins
½ Cup Carob Syrup or Rice Syrup
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Pineapple Rings and Cherries, optional
Cook noodles in boiling water and oil, until al dente.
Rinse in cool water.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the remaining ingredients with the

Bake for 45-60 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and the
top is a crusty brown. Cut into squares.
Variation: Top with Pineapple Rings and Cherries.
This is an excellent dish to serve as part of a buffet.
