Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 Apples
1 Cup Raw Cashew
¼-½ Cup Water or Almond Milk
Drop of Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Core and peel the apples.  Cut them into small pieces.
Blenderize the apple pieces with ¼ Cup
of water or milk.
Slowly add the nuts and keep blenderizing until the
mixture is smooth.  Add more water, if needed.
If you like this treat frozen, freeze for a few hours. Yum
