Makes About 12 Muffins


Juice from 2 Oranges
1 Tbsp. Grated Orange Peel
1½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour
½ Cup Soy Flour
¼ Cup Sesame Seeds optional
2 tsp. Baking Powder
¾ Cup Soymilk
½ Cups Carob Syrup or Rice Syrup
¼ Cup Sunflower or Sesame Oil
½ Cup Raisins or Chopped Dates
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  
Grease muffin tin with
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine.
Or use paper muffin cup inserts.
Mix all dry ingredients together.  
Mix all wet ingredients together.  
Combine until moistened.  Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes until they start to brown.
