Pasta Shells with Broccoli
                      
          Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 Fresh Bunch Broccoli
1 lb. Small Whole Grain Macaroni Shells
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
¼ -1/3
 Cup Grated  Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Steam the broccoli.  Break it up into small pieces.  
Precook the shells al dente.
Mix the shells, the broccoli and the liquid
from the steaming together in a large bowl.
Add grated
Vegan Parmesan Cheese and oil.  Stir.
Serve in soup bowl with spoon.
Variation:  Drain pasta and broccoli and mix with:  
Marinara Sauce or  Mushroom/Tomato Sauce.
