1 Baked Whole Wheat Pie Shell
11/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
1/3 Cup Soymilk
1/3 Cup Carob Syrup, or Rice Syrup
2 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
Prepare Baked Pie Shell.
Stir the soymilk, syrup and flour together in
a small saucepan.
Stir constantly until mixture thickens.
Stir in chopped nuts, and allow to cool before filling.
Fill pie shell and decorate top with pecans.
Serve with Soy Whipped Cream or Soy Ice Cream.
