PUMPKIN BREAD

Ingredients:

3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1½ Cups Date Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Shredded Pumpkin
1 Cup Chopped Nuts, Walnuts or Pecans
1¼ Cups Sunflower or Sesame Oil
1 Cup Raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 10-inch pan with
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour oil over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Turn ingredients into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, until a toothpick
comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Turn upside down to remove from pan, and cool 10
more minutes before serving.
