QUICK &  EASY SALAD DRESSINGS

LEMON:
Blenderize juice from 1 lemon, ¼ cup vegetable oil,        
and sprig of parsley.

TOMATO:
Blenderize 1 tomato, ¼ cup vegetable oil, and sprig        
of parsley.

AVOCADO:
Blenderize mashed avocado with ¼ cup of
any citrus juice.

*NOTE:  You can also use just plain lemon juice or lime
juice on your salad.
