Scrambled Tofu Sandwich         
                               Serves 4

Ingredients:

Scrambled Tofu, With or Without the Potatoes
3 Tomatoes, Sliced
Vegan Bacon, optional
8 Slices of Your Favorite
Homemade Bread
Organic Ketchup, optional  
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine


Directions:

Prepare the Scrambled Tofu.
Fry a couple of slices of
Vegan Bacon per sandwich.
Slightly toast your favorite sliced
Bread.
Slice tomatoes.  Butter your toasted bread with the
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine, then place the
Scrambled Tofu on half the bread slices.  
Top with Vegan Bacon, if desired, sliced tomatoes,
and the remaining buttered bread slice.
May be delicious with a bit of organic ketchup
on the side.
