SESAME SEED BUTTER
2½ Cups Sesame Seeds
¼ Cup Pure Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Carob Syrup
If you wish to roast the sesame seeds, do so
for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Or you may wish to leave the seeds raw.
Put seeds in a blender, 1 Cup at a time, and a little oil
as a starter.
Grind as for meal, and keep adding more seeds and oil,
as needed. Add the Carob Syrup.
Blenderize until smooth, or leave crunchy.
Store homemade sesame butter in a covered, glass
container in the refrigerator.
