Makes 2½ Dozen


1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Ground Sesame Seeds
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Baking powder
½ Cup Raisins
½ Cup Sunflower Oil
1/3 Cup Soymilk
½ Cup Rice Syrup or Carob Syrup
Oil for Cookie Sheet


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Oil a cookie sheet.
Blend the syrup, oil and soymilk together.
In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures.  Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet
2 inches apart.   Flatten with back of spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes.  Cool.
