4 Tbsp. Soy Powder
4 Tbsp. Water
1 Cup Soy Oil
Mix the soy powder and the water in the top of a double
boiler. Cook for 15 minutes.
Add the oil, and blenderize all of the ingredients
together until smooth.
Spoon into a container and freeze.
Variations: Substitute celery juice or carrot juice
for the water.
