SOY ICE CREAM
1 Quart Frozen Fruit, 4 Cups
1 Cup Soymilk
¼-1/3 Cup Natural Sweetener like Carob Syrup,
Rice Syrup, or Date Sugar
Break up frozen fruit into small chunks.
Place fruit, soymilk and sweetener into a blender on
high speed only for a minute or so, until it is
the right consistency.
Serve immediately, or freeze.
