STEAMED VEGETABLE SALAD
Broccoli, String Beans, Cauliflower,
Brussels Sprouts, Onions, Pea Pods, Mushrooms,
Green Peppers, Beets, Eggplant, Etc.
Wash and chop the vegetables.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Mix them all together in a large bowl.
Serve with brown rice, or noodles, bulgar wheat,
buckwheat groats, or a baked potato.
Serve with: Brown Gravy or Creamy Mushroom Sauce.
