1 Loaf


3½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Soy Flour
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds        
1 Package Dry Yeast with No Preservatives
1¾ Cup Warm Water
1 Tbsp. Blackstrap Molasses or Barley Malt Syrup
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Grease loaf pan with
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine.
Add yeast to water and let dissolve for 5 minutes.  
Stir in molasses and soy flour and beat well
with electric mixer.
Slowly add wheat flour until dough stiffens.
Knead on floured surface until it feels elastic.
Shape dough and place in greased pan.
Cover with a damp cloth and allow to rise in warm place
until it doubles in bulk.  Sprinkle some seeds on top.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until done.
