TOMATO SALAD

Ingredients:

2 Medium Tomatoes
Sprig Parsley
1 Tbsp.
Grated Vegan Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:

Wash and slice tomatoes.  Finely chop parsley.
Mix all of the ingredients together in bowl.
Serve with
Whole Wheat Sesame Breadsticks, or
freshly baked
Whole Wheat French Bread.
