TOSSED GREEN SALAD
                          Serves 2

Ingredients:

4 Leaves Iceberg Lettuce
4 Leaves Romaine Lettuce
1 large Celery Stalk
1 Medium Green Pepper
Few Sprigs Fresh Parsley
1 Cup Mixed Sprouts; Alfalfa, Mung,  or Lentil

Directions:

Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly.
Tear the greens.  Dice the celery and green peppers.
Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Garnish with garbanzo beans or grated carrots.
Serve with
Italian Dressing or Russian Dressing.
Or any of the other:
Dressings & Dips.
