VANILLA MILK SHAKE

Ingredients:

2 Cups Vanilla Flavored Soymilk, or Sesame Milk
2 Tbsp. Carob Syrup, or 10 Pitted Dates
2 Tbsp. Pure Vegetable Oil, optional
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Crushed Ice

Directions:

Blenderize all of the ingredients to desired consistency.  
Serve immediately.
Variations:
Add 4 Tbsp. Carob Powder to give it a chocolate flavor.
Add ½ Cup sliced fruit like Bananas, Strawberries,
Pineapple or Peaches.
